How we handle data.
This policy covers the RoZa Dental website and application. Clinics using RoZa Dental are the data controller for their patients' clinical records; EnovaWorks AS, the maker of RoZa Dental, acts as data processor for that clinical data.

What we collect
Website: name, email, clinic name, and message content submitted through the enquiry form. Application: patient records entered by clinic staff, including contact details, medical history, treatment and billing history, imaging, and appointment data.
How we use it
Website enquiries are used to respond to your question or demo request, and are not used for anything else. Clinical data entered into RoZa Dental is used to deliver dental practice management functions to the clinic that owns that data, and is not shared across clinics.
Retention
Website enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up. Clinical data is retained for as long as the clinic's contract is active and for the period required by the health record regulations that apply to that clinic's jurisdiction, after which it is deleted or anonymized on request.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and can ask for a copy in a portable format. For clinical records held by a clinic using RoZa Dental, start with that clinic; for website enquiry data, contact us directly.
